The Prompt South Group — Since 2007
Prompt South Group is a regional group comprising three companies: Prompt International in Kosovo, Prompt Adriatic in Albania and Prompt Novus in North Macedonia. All three companies operate under the same management and ownership structure.
Prompt South Group is the sole authorized Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power) distributor in Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania, providing comprehensive solutions and services for critical infrastructure, including power, cooling and data center technologies.
Established in 2007, Prompt International sh.p.k. has more than 19 years of experience in the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Vertiv solutions, including precision cooling and climate control systems for data centers, telecommunications facilities and other mission-critical environments.
Prompt International sh.p.k. is the authorized distributor and service center for the sales, installation and maintenance of Vertiv products in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia.

Experience & Milestones
Founded in Prishtina
Prompt Prishtina sh.p.k. is established as sole distributor of Emerson Network Power (today Vertiv) — later renamed Prompt International sh.p.k.
Regional expansion
Prompt Novus dooel opens in Skopje and Prompt Adriatic sh.p.k. in Tirana — the Prompt South Group now covers three countries.
Banking & institutional projects
Data centre deliveries for Raiffeisen Bank, Komercijalna Banka and the Assembly of North Macedonia establish PROMPT in the financial and government sectors.
450+ telecom containers
Manufacturing and delivery of over 450 fully equipped telecommunication containers for IPKO and other operators.
Uptime Institute certification
PROMPT engineers become Uptime Institute certified Accredited Tier Designers — bringing certified data centre design to the region.
