Raiffeisen Bank — Main & Backup Data Centres

Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo entrusted PROMPT with the complete physical infrastructure of both its main and backup data centres — the facilities that carry the bank's core systems every day.

Scope

We delivered the full infrastructure stack for both sites: precision HPAC cooling, UPS and battery systems, power distribution, racks, monitoring and alarm systems — engineered as a redundant pair so either site can carry the load.

Ongoing partnership

PROMPT continues to maintain both facilities under a 24/7 maintenance contract covering regular preventive service and emergency interventions.
